What We Do
VeriTrade is a network for the construction industry to connect with Contractors and Suppliers.
Our experience and expertise coupled with our passion for getting things done right first time has led us to develop a service that enables the construction sector to have greater visibility and control of the contractors and Suppliers they select.
All contractors and Suppliers listed on VeriTrade have been vetted prior to their profile going live and are subject to additional checks by a member of our team.
Where possible we will aim to visit the premises of our new and existing members to understand the business and its practices.
Details of the questions/information required for our vet process is available during the sign-up process, if we are unable to grant you membership we will contact you via email.
We may make recommendations that we will grain membership to VeriTrade or improve business practices to win more work by connecting you with suppliers of product and services.
Every member of Veritrade will have their own profile page which will display the following:
1. Name of member
Including business logo or profile picture.
2. Location of business
3. Contact Details
4. Link to members website and social media platforms:
This must be requested by the member, VeriTrade will not be accountable for the data displayed on any these platforms.
5. VeriTrade rating
Rating/feedback of work or services provided to other VeriTrade members.
Construction companies will be asked to give feedback but will be exempt from feedback from VerITrade members.
Our rating process has been developed with the aim to build healthy and lasting relationships between all of our members, if a member displays negative feedback VeriTrade reserves the right to cancel membership.
Images relating to the member such as completed jobs, new products or celebrating success.
7. Approved services
Services that the member can provide, this information is collated during the vetting process and can be updated at any time by contacting a member of our team.
This insures that tenders our going to the correct members, making the process easier and more effective.
8. Approved Members
VeriTrade users that have connected with other members that work together and support each other.
Approved members are critical as they will give the construction companies an insight to where a member sources product and services.
All construction companies listed on VeriTrade can request information both technical and financial regarding the products, materials and services being used by a contractor on their projects at any point therefore we recommend t working with approved members only.
9. Company Certifications
This Information is collated during the vet process and can be updated by a member of our team when required.
Certifications are checked and a copy’s are kept on file and can be requested by the construction companies and any point.
Our construction members can list available tenders on this platform, this then becomes available to the approved services that match the needs of the tender only.
Our members have two options once they receive information regarding available tender.
1. Submit a quote
2. Message and discuss, arrange a meeting or conduct survey.
The construction company will then review and select one of the quotes to carry out the work, once completed the construction company will be asked to submit a Veritrade rating for the service provided by the contractor.
